Reducing biases contributes to a culture of civility and respect in the workplace.

All people deserve a bias-free workplace. Biases come in all forms: race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual identity, disability, age, and status as a protected veteran. The negative consequences of not providing effective training create financial liabilities, long-lasting mental health issues for everyone involved, and a poisonous work culture. It negatively affects employee recruitment and retention.
